This is in regards to Charter representatives. When I signed up for Spectrum internet service I had an introductory rate of $39.95 a month for a year and then it would go up to $59.99 month and be locked in at that price as long as I kept a current account which I have done. My bill has gone up to $64.99 a month. This is where I have a problem your sales representative used the phrase locked in which means my bill should not change. As I have talked to a Spectrum rep named James Id code TPV trying to explain what it means to be locked into something I got nowhere. Spectrum needs to train their sales reps that they cant just say what ever they want to so that they can make a sell this not only unethical but is also illegal. I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau. I am looking forward from hearing back from Thomas Rutledge on this matter and not a middle management rep.
