A-9 Pro purchase made from croma centre Rajouri garden New Delhi. Prompt on mobile screen was unfortunately phone has stopped . Prompt is from very first day of purchase. same was escalated on a very first day on E-mail. Nobody responded to my mail. it was luck concerned resolved itself. but fate not in favor, again it occurred on 1st March 2017. immediately reported to the service center with a handset. in favor of complaint, they had reset/update my Phone . happily received handset with a resolution of my concern and 3 scratches on back panel same mention on job sheet of 1st March. do let me know who going to bear to my valuable good? on 7th of march i.e. yesterday, the same prompt is on my phone screen that not suppose to be occurred as per conversation with service associate allocated at center.
Question is did I purchase your product to visit service center on every interval?

I am writing a call on behalf of conversation :
I have had received a call. Not sure who was another side of the call by designation.
As per the call, they requested me to wait for 24hrs to 48 hrs. which was earlier mention on mail too. what was new happened in a call? Not impressed by their words Samsung is not selling their goods to replace actually they are existing for providing services only .
can anybody let me know is customer are being existed to visit a service center in every interval?
In addition, a call was made on my alternative number to pick my cell phone. to be very frank, I will not gonna accept/pick my handset with the scratches on back. .
