I want to bring to your attention one of your Res. agents( Eilyn...ID 55088) that I dealt with today after having trouble with an on-line booking from FLL to PLS.
As an aside,I am also an FAA Medical Examiner.
She worked with me for over 15 minutes to resolve my problem and ticket me properly. She was pleasant,knowledgeable and professional. You always hear the complaints, but you rarely hear from a satisfied customer.
A suggestion: I am sorry to have to contact you directly, but I had a terrible time navigatinng your website in search of the words Customer SURVEY . Others may find it useful as well.
