Good evening,
I just wanted to bring to your attention that on two visits since Saturday to Ross stores in Honolulu there have been no shopping bags or bags to purchase. I had a full trolley today and was informed they could only hold my goods for twenty minutes whilst I went to another store to purchase bags. I could not carry these to my car as Im visiting and was relying on a friend to pick me up later on in the day. There were customers observe who left the purchases and walked out of the store. I spoke to the manager and was informed it has been busier than they anticipated the last week and as a result they run out of bags? I have never encountered this to date. Just a shame to see money not being spent and customers unhappy so I thought I would bring this to your attention.
