Since I have no dealings with TW, whatsoever, I called the 800 number for Spectrum. I spoke to Manjeet, who was clueless/worthless, so after 30 minutes I hung up. Seeking to get someone more English language oriented, I got Mohd and still no resolution. Heres the problem: The two boxes referred to earlier are still...unopened, unsolicited and unneeded. I simply want them picked up and an explanation why this mistake has occurred. Today, instead of a pick up, I received a statement for services rendered and a demand for payment by 5/3. I am in no way serviced by Spectrum nor is there currently a need. From the statement, I refer you to acct # 01042 232101003 6001.
I pride myself in having excellent credit, so I hope the establishment of this bogus account does not reflect on my bureau report. Thank You.........
