A few days ago I bought Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 for the PS4 via the Playstation Network. The game, simply put, is not a finished product. It crashes constantly and has too many glitches to list here. I would like a refund and have been put through the ringer by your inept customer service. Im reaching out to you as a last resort, but also to inform you of the shoddy state of your certification process.
