Im very upset with GameStop! My children buy stuff in store all the time and have never had any issues. I wanted to buy a replacement phone instead of paying full retail,so my son suggested using GameStop online. I ordered my phone on 04/24/2017 and paid extra for a 3 -5 day delivery.I received a email stating my order had been processed and would receive my order on 04/28/2017.I have called multiple times today 05/01/2017 and instead of giving a real reason why I never received shipment UPS was blamed for the problem.On my 4th attempt to contact your office a nice young man from customer service explained that the warehouse has placed a tracking label on the package, however,lost it in the warehouse. But even though he placed a order for a replacement for that lost phone it will still take an additional 4-7 days to replace the lost phone. I tried to talk to a supervisor this morning on the customer service line and of course I was hung up on instead. Your call center and processing center needs better protocols on handling lost packages and complaints . I would appreciate if I could receive my package by the end of this week.
