Hi my name is Allison Smith; James Ketler and I signed up for spectrum cable in 02/2017, when we signed up I asked the representative about getting a DVR he stated that the DVR would be 12$ extra a month I refused it at that time. a few days later I saw online that when I had signed up the DVR was free for 12 months when I called back I was told that we could add it on nd someone would return my call no one returned my call this went on back and forth for four weeks upon the 5th week of calling I was told that I can not have a dvr for free for 12 months because I am no longer considered a new customer when I had been told for 4 weeks that I could have one I would just have to wait on a return call I am very unhappy with this customer service since I feel as though we were being told lies to get us past the 30day mark spectrum is not the only cable company in my area but if this is not rectified I will be more then happy to move my cable company to another one since I dont mind being in a contract
I hope that you as the CEO will take this matter seriously since bad customer reflect badly on any company.
