I have emailed you twice in three weeks regarding the wrong filling of order by the local Pizza Hut store in Vadodara India. Neither the local store, the national franchise and I am now sorry to say, you, the boss of Pizza Hut seem to care for the damage to the brand image in the eyes of a lifelong customer in India and abroad. No apologies even, not to mention repayment of the invoice or compensation for the inconvenience. Pizza Hut is now in the august company of United Airlines!
