Frustrated customer.
1) Keep getting e-mails on a 457 account closed because unable to sign-in on computer system and get statements. Sending an e-mail for help just said sign on to your account. THAT WAS THE PROBLEM.
2) Techs try to help. Last one told me it was my computer.
3) Annuity accounts. Tried to get paper statements but that did not work, even though they would only send quarterly statements. Paper too much money, cut into greedy pay checks for executives. Always have to call every month to get annuity amounts.
4) Today got signed in with tech help but took a long time because I am not 50 or 60. The tech kept trying to switch me back to paper or to another department. This infuriated me. It tells me you have your techs on a bonus or system where they are paid or rewarded by how fast they help a customer. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. STOP THIS DAMN BONUS, PAY BY THE QUOTA STUFF. AMERICAN CORPORATIONS ARE TOO PROFIT MONEY GREEDY ORIENTED.
