Need to let you know first how much I appreciate the service you have provided for me in the last 16 years of my travels. May 3, 2017 I was traveling from MCO to LGA flight 1198 #2792173217195 my seat was 16F. My seat was BROKEN it would only stay in the reclined position, not Upright position unless I held it with arms, which I had to do TAKING OFF and LANDING along with the embarrassment of the crew asking me at loud to put up my seat. Did not matter how many times I explain seat is BROKEN, it also put a big STRAIN and DISCOMFORT in my herniated back. Flight was full I was told no other seats available. It really was not a pleasant flight like I usually get with JetBlue.
