Gregg Ricker sent a message to Jeff M. Fettig - Chairman and CEO of Whirlpool Corporation - Email Address that said:

I just purchased $13,000 worth of KitchenAid appliances. I took delivery on April 17, 2017. I noticed my new refrigerator was frosting up and when I opened the bottom freezer door it was rubbing on the bottom plastic schrud pulling it off. I notified the supplier and he arranged for an authorized service tech. from Fields appliances out of Orlando Florida on 4/22/17. He advised me that the unit had a bent frame underneath which was caused at the factory and he could not do field repairs and certify the unit would work as intended, the seals were misaligned on the freezer and it was frosting up.
Here lies the problem, this was reported to Whirlpool on 4/24/17, I still do not have a refrigerator! I have called Whirlpool 20 times I keep getting transferred and placed on hold for 20 minutes each time Im transferred. Finally after all these calls I talk to Mike on 5/8/17 at 12:24 from your Product Review Board or department and he said he just got the information that morning and tried to call me at 12:20 but the line was busy, no shit I said I was on hold talking to Whirlpool for 1.5 hrs. Mike advised me that he has ordered a unit and sent it to purchasing. I still have not received any information from Whirlpool as far as when I can expect delivery, claim number or progress of the order. Whirlpool has not reach out to me in any way, except for when I talked to Mike. You have a serious problem with customer service and communicating with your customers!!!!! I like to buy American made products ,but if you dont fix these problems with communicating with your customers, I will never buy another KitchenAid Appliance. I would like to hear from you.
Respectfully,
Gregg C. Ricker
