I contacted global Entry and filled out an application and paid for it–when I did – Daniel H Dan Schulman email address

I contacted global Entry and filled out an application and paid for it--when I did not receive a notification of payment I went on the same website the same day and filled out and paid for the same service through paypal----as soon as i received notification of both payments, I called paypal to stop the processing and explained the above...spoke to Vickie and i must say getting through was difficult. As a 72 year old, when i realized the same service application is being processed twice, i called to stop the paypal charge--to boot, until today the application was not processed by either and now I have received a go ahead from Global and you advise tough luck...I am being billed for the same service twice--and advised something would be done but now you are advising me tough luck--$149.00 for us senior citizens is a tough pill to swallow and maybe as a retired writer, we can discuss this in the papers or on a television help me howard show---I hope you reconsider, as i immediately called you to cancel the service i already paid for though global Entry.
