Sorry to bother you but your customer service employees was no help. I purchased two games online for my daughter. My order number 5170508220055369. I received a email about my payment. That was the first call. Customer service rep said everything was fine. I received both games. Now Im getting more email. I check my bank. Game stop charge 4 times 5.18 and now 17.26 dollars out of my account. I called two times to customers service number today. First one I ask to speak to a manager because he wouldnt explain the charges after I called the first time, received my games. He said someone will call me back. So I called again and did other and spoke to a lady. I just want to know how do I return a online order. I can order from Amazon. Then Im really disappointed because the guy act like I couldnt speak to his manager to get this resolved. I hope I here back. I always shop in stores and had great success but I will never order anything else online from gamestop.
