I regret to inform you that I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 13.06.15 (BP No-8423776585) at Noida (UP), India. Within one year i faced the problem of gas leakage from the Refrigerator, i could not understand the reason in new product. Next the same problem has been noticed second time on 18.05.17.
Sir, what is the durability of your Product? If it is one year only kindly take it back. I am totally disappoint with your product, however during buying i was confidant on Samsung but the failure of it proves me wrong.
The product is repeatedly failing in two years kindly replace it or take it back as i cannt face the same issue again and again.
your kind intervention is urgent required.
