So many times a company is only contacted when a customer is dissatisfied. I just wanted to take a minute and give a HUGE shout out and kudos to one of your employees at the Augusta Mall in Augusta Ga. Her name is Jasmine Wells. While I was in line waiting to check out, I witnessed her treat a elderly couple with much respect while helping them in their quest to find and order the exact pair of slippers online. She was pleasant, patient, and kind and worked with them until their issue was solved!! She definitely went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. I do not think this was a one time thing for her either....she seemed so genuine in her efforts that I am sure she does your store proud during every shift she works!! I believe she should hear from someone (maybe you personally) within the company to acknowledge her performance. She really gave JC Penny a good name that day. Way to go Jasmine Wells!!
