Mr. King- I was very disappointed by the lack of custoemr service I experienced today in Fayetteville NC at the BBT location on Boone Trail extension while attempting to get assistance from BBT employees for my 84 yo old mother who is a longstanding customer , who recently experienced a fall and is unable to leave her home. I would appreciate an opportunity to speak to you about this. Normally I would discuss this with the staff at the branch where the encounter occurred but they were not helpful today so I doubt it would result in anyone outside of the branch being made aware of my concerns or anything being addressed.

Later this evening, I attempted to help my mom reset her online banking tonight by using the 1- 800 number on the BBT website which states associates are available until 11 pm EST. This is inaccurate. I was never able to speak with an associate- it is totally automated and there is no option to speak to an associate.

My mom lives in NC and I live in Alabama so I have traveled here to try and help her until she can get back on her feet. This is very frustrating and discouraging and has left us both feeling helpless and unimportant to your bank. I dont think this is BBTs intention and before I share my thoughts with anyone else I decided to contact you to try to resolve this.
