Hello Mr. King:
I know you probably dont care but I would like to bring to your attention a situation I had with your bank.
I have had a checking account with your bank since 9/08 which was always handled properly. I had an account with another bank, which I closed and got a cashiers check for $19,000. I used this check and $4000. from my checking account to open a savings account to be linked to my checking account. Your bank put a hard inquiry on my credit report which is totally unacceptable. I went through the process to have it removed but your bank refused and was very arrogant. I have since closed out the savings account and transferred the money to Capital One who actually pays be interest-- more than the pennies your bank paid me. It is amazing that Capital One did not do a hard inquiry, only a soft one and this was done on line .
I am having my direct deposit sent to another bank and when this is done I will be closing out my checking account.
It is very unfortunate how your bank treats established customers.
