My brother DONALD BERNSTEIN was scheduled on May 18 for flight 1143 (ITEINERARY No cjhbqh) from newark, new jersey leaving 6:35am.going to WEST palm . the flight was delayed two times because of engine problems both timesTHE plane was loaded and after 1 hour returned for a faulty engine. The second time again the engine was BAD AND RETURNED. MY BROTHER WAITED IN LINE TO GET A PLANE LEAVING AT 3;30 pm going to fll and was supposed to land 2 and 1/2 hours later. AT NO TIME WAS HE OFFERED FOOD, COMPENSATION, WATER OR any help. he is a DIABETIC! The plane was delayed again ,and again and finally landed in fll 9:07pm but WAS NOT GIVEN A GATE FOR 52 MINUTES..DISGRACEFUL!!!!
