Hi Mr. Ellison,
My name is Cathy Taylor and I am reaching out to you because of a problem that I have with the local JC Penney here in Macon GA. I purchased a Washer and Dryer from the Macon Mall locations on April 27th. The washer and dryer were both schedule to be delivered but I had to change the delivery due to 2 out of town graduations . I called the customer service on May 22nd requesting that my order be delivered and I was told that my order had been cancelled by customer service. I asked why and I was told to reach out to the store where I purchased my order. I called the store and I was told by a manager name Stacy that they could not let me have my order for the price that I purchased it for. The manager stated that the salesperson did not have authorization to sell the items at the price that I received.
Mr. Marvin, I have nothing to do with the battle they are having with the salesperson. All I know is that I went into the store and was quoted a price for the washer and dryer and I paid for it.
My order# is 2017-1176-2039-1358. Will you please look into the is matter.
