Hon. Sir,
We are over seventies from Canada. We bought Edinburgh to Dublin tkts on line from Toronto one way. our flight was at 8.am from Edinburgh on 23rd of May. I could not confirm the flight on line as the computer did not work. we went at 5am to the airport checking in with Ryanair counter. The lady said the tkts are confirmed but I have to do it on line. Again I tried the airport computer and failed to complete the confirmtion. My wife had a knee operation. we pleaded the lady to help us but no one wd help unless we pay 100 pounds for the boarding pass. My wife almost collapsed. I felt humiliated just like United Airline of Chcago airport. Less than minute boarding pass were printed after I paid by my C/card. Thank you Sir. May God bless you.
