I bought a Kenmore Refrigerator at the Lees Summit, Mo. Sears Home Store and it had a faulty ice maker hose and ruined my floor, carpet and floor joist. this occured back in october of 2016 and still has not been resolved after many hours of emails, calls, etc.
I have gotten the run around by sears, Sedgwick, Daewoo, manuf of the part and their attorney, etc.
I am fed up with this and decided to go to you.
I have emailed all the parties and have told them I was taking this to court. what would you propose I do?
