Brenda Williams sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge - Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. - Email Address that said:
Since my email sent to you on May 22, 2017, Spectrum sent a letter stating that the damage done to my television during their recent modem upgrade was not their fault. They stated that will not be responsible for the damage done to my TV. Spectrum contractors damaged my TV while installing my new modem. They are refusing to take responsibility for the damage, I cannot afford to buy another television. As of yet, I have gotten no response from Charter.
