Andy John sent a message to Meg Whitman President and CEO, Hewlett-Packard Company - email address that said:
I read today that your 2016 remuneration was over $35m, a 107% increase on the previous year. Meanwhile hundreds of HP retirees in the UK have had no pension increases for over 10 years and are suffering real hardship as a result. By any standards this is morally and ethically WRONG. If HP can afford to pay you such increases, then it can also pay realistic annual increases to its pensioners. Please take this on board and do something about it.
