Im writing this email because of a recent issue I had regarding my left daymaker light that I purchased for my 2016 roadglide. I experienced condensation in my left daymaker, which is under warranty. Riverside Harley Davidson will replace the left daymaker under warranty. However, the labor is not covered. My concern is that because the issue was a manufacture error, why do I have to pay to have the old daymaker light removed and the new one installed. This is my third Harley Davidson motorcycle and I never had an issue like this before. All Im asking is that the labor be paid to install the new light being that the Harley part was manufacture error.
I called Harley headquarters, but they were no help, Case No. 3070756. I hope you consider my concern and I hope to hear from you soon.
