Dear Mr. McMullen:
I represent a Parish in Hempstead, TX with 1500 families that has been trying to participate in the Community Rewards Program.
We sent in all our paperwork back in January or early February, 2017.
Since then I have made numerous attempts to find out if our application has been accepted. Ive called the Houston, Tx number in the Woodlands many times and have left numerous messages of which not one has been returned.
I have called your Customer Service twice, including today and given an 866-995-7643 number that has a full mailbox and disconnects you when it transfer to another attendant.
Im not quite sure what else I need to do to participate in this program? Perhaps you know or can have someone contact me with the correct information.
Im sorry to have to bother you with this but your system deters me from finding someone to help me.
