Mr. Warren~ Several months ago, I had you on my radar to contact for a project – Kelcy Warren email address

Kate Mason-Murphy sent a message to Kelcy Warren - Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Energy Transfer Partners, L. P. Email Address that said:

Mr. Warren~
Several months ago, I had you on my radar to contact for a project Im working on along Williamson Creek adjacent to Cedar Creek Recording Studio. When I realized Jimmy was battling cancer, I decided timing wasnt right to pitch my project. It still isnt right. As a cancer survivor myself, I was sad to hear the news. Im sorry you lost a longtime friend.

The short version...immediately downstream of the recording studio, the City of Austin is purchasing 68 homes in 4 small pockets for the Williamson Creek Flood Buyout. I am attempting to solve a myriad of South Austin issues - connectivity, healthy/active lifestyles, access to public, green and wild spaces, affordable artist housing, local food security, public health and public safety. This property abutts the only elevated railroad crossing that would allow for trail connections below. I want to create something meaningful, for the people of South Austin, in memory of Jimmy along that trail segment. Would you be willing to speak with me about the future possibilities for this beautiful property?
Warmest Regards~
Kate
