Hello Mr. Jetlinek
I have observed one of your Oregon stores and noticed some of the managers and or supervisors treating their co-workers very disrespectful. I have watched and heard some very appaulling happening to certain workers. Personally I would never work under such harassing, heckling and rude circumstances. My dog gets better treatment sir. I would just like to know what can be done . I have been a customer for many years. The last couple years i have become concerned for some of these hard working younger people under Costco employment. I have seen some of them cry on the job when being put down plus hearing not good things. I wonder how many other customers notice. I wont name at this time the store that has been very consistent with such mannerism but would like to see if any changes can be made for these harassed workers. I believe Costco has a good reputation and from what I have asked around in some other stores it has been mostly good. There is no perfect job but because these kind of things usually go unnoticed I just had to bring it to your attention sir.
