Dear Mr. Urcelay,While shopping at your Babies R Us in Vernon Hills I had – Antonio Urcelay email address

Linda sent a message to Antonio Urcelay Chairman and CEO, Toys R Us, Inc. that said:

Dear Mr. Urcelay,While shopping at your Babies R Us in Vernon Hills I had an unfortunate experience. My daughter, who is expecting twins, had just finished registering in the store. We decided to place an order for furniture and proceeded to the furniture department. We could not find anyone to help us so we walked around until we found someone. She said that all of the sales people in the furniture department were unloading a truck but she would find someone to help us. Moments later a young woman came up and we started to ask her a few questions. The first and foremost question was regarding delivery and set up. This was a concern as my daughter's husband is disabled. The sales woman told us delivery was possible but no set up. We asked if she was sure. She replied that set up is not an option but it was not that difficult to put the furniture together so we shouldn't have a problem. We immediately said thank you but that would not work for us. On the way out we stopped back at the registry desk. The woman that had helped us when we first arrived was still there and we asked her. She said of course Babies R Us offers set up! We were so disappointed that we had already wasted so much time that we left. By the way, we were shopping for twins. 2 cribs, 2 dressers, glider, stroller, etc.Just thought you should be aware of this.Have a nice day, Linda
