Firstly, I would like to tell you what a wonderful and helpful staff you have at you Richmond Bypass location in Richmond, Ky.
Secondly, I have to say I am less than impressed with your insurance loss department and your mortgage department.
I had major damaged to my home in Irvine, Ky. for which I received a check for almost $20K made payable to both the bank and myself. I was a contractor for over 35 years and told the lady in Cincinnati I was going to do the work myself and to please release some of the funds. From her attitude you would have thought I was robbing the bank,
After numerous conversations with lady I felt it was easier to pay off my loan and refinance elsewhere.
I asked her, and eventually three other people to apply the insurance check to the principal and I would pay the difference, which I did and which your bank hasnt. I still have a loan balance and an unapplied credit. I just received a letter today saying my request could not be carried out.
Either you have archaic computer systems or incompetent people. I will let you make the call.
I want my loan released so I can secure financing elsewhere.
