I need your help in clearing up a problem I have had for 2 months and made 4 attempts with letters to your bank to fix. We bought a new car 4/14/17 and your bank was notified by dealer. I received a letter 5/6/17 saying my collateral was not sufficient. This lead me to my transunion report which did not indicate that this was an inquiry for a car loan. I got my car loan with a major bank at 4.?%, but it looks on my credit report that you denied dealer request for an individual (personal?) loan. Please send me the contact information of the person that can get this off our individual credit reports.
