upon visiting kfc store #1102 in Shelby nc was not a good decision. there was 2 employees out side smoking on phone. after going inside there was no one to be seen.waited about 3 minutes then in a high voice said hello to see if anyone was there. a young man came from the office area. there was no tea in container no napkins.in holder on counter. I over heard one of the women that had been outside tell another customer they was working short handed. I ordered a chicken little it was cold and so tuff could not eat it. made me ask myself was the food good to eat. there seemed to be a lot of things to do but no one was doing anything.
