Hello, I am writing this mail to complain regarding the service of Samsung India.A – Lee KunHee email address

Vinoo Varghese sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung - email address that said:

Hello,

I am writing this mail to complain regarding the service of Samsung India.A few weeks ago (to be exact 3 weeks ago), my Dads TV conked off due to some power issues due to lightening.It was connected to a stabilizer and was under warranty period.The technician came the next day and said that he had to get the part from Kochis Samsung godown.When there was no response for 2 days, my dad called up the Samsung service center and was told that the part had to come from Chennai as it was not available in Kochi.Its been 2 weeks almost now with the part still not being received.My dad and I have been calling up numerous times and all we get is apologies and apologies.We are totally fed up of the way Samsung has handled this.I mean does it take more than 3 weeks to get a part within India itself.Samsung shows big ads mentioning about how dedicated their service is...Its all a hoax.The SR request no is : 4237046988.
Today,my dad has received a message saying that the part has to come from Korea.Dont tell me that for a product marketed in India,you dont have a part and that it has to come from Korea.
We have lost complete faith in Samsung now and will now make sure that we dont purchase any other product from Samsung.
