Dear Mr. Gunn: I am emailing you concerning a mattress I had bought from Dormez-vous. It is a KingsDown mattress. I bought this king size mattress in August/2012. After two and half years (2 1/2) years later, we found that the mattress had a huge hump in the middle. After calling customer serve, they told us to take pictures etc....(I am sure you know how that works), so approximately 3 months later, going back and forth with the pictures, Dormez-vous finally agreed that it was DEFECTIVE. So they told us to go visit any store and have a new one delivered. We did that, the mattress was schedule to arrive February 7th, 2015. The Dormez-vous truck arrived with 2 men. These men came upstairs to check the mattress. These men found 2 spots, one the size of a rice grain, and the other one the size of a small pepple. These 2 spots were located on the hump of the mattress. We have a protective mattress cover along with pillow protectors that we also purchased at Dormez-vous. The mattress protector had no such stain on it. The 2 men then left my house without taking the mattress. I then called customer service again, and they gave me a name and number of a company that Dormez-vous uses to clean mattresses. I spoke with Evy, and she said that Dormez-vous will reimburse me for the cleaning. We called, and the the cleaning company will be arriving on Saturday, February 21, 2015. Let me ask you something, at the end of the day the mattress is DEFECTIVE. I am just wondering what does Dormez-vous actually do with these DEFECTIVE CLEAN mattress? My biggest mistake was that I did not look at all the reviews that Dormez-vous has. Have you ever took a look at the reviews. Horrendous reviews. I am emailing cause with all the back pain and stiff body muscles, my husband actually went to see his doctor because he had a leg pain, and the doctor gave him medication pills, (not a cream, PILLS). I have to sleep on a DEFECTIVE mattress until Dormez-vous
