My name is Purvi Shah. I am a podiatrist who recently started my own practice in Gainesville, GA. I am trying to be an in-network provider with BCBS. I applied in February 2017 and my application supposedly started getting processed on March 23rd 2017. I am trying to get in touch with someone to talk to in provider relations however it is next to impossible to get help. I finally got in touch with someone 3 weeks ago who said said my application needed to be uploaded and it will take 7-14 day, it has been 21 days now. I am trying to get in touch with someone, however, on the phone I am getting a reply that someone will call me in 10-14 days. I am no longer able to talk to the provider relations person I talked to 3 weeks ago. I have left multiple messages. I also email the contract specialist and all they said was that the documents have not been loaded.
I would really like some help with this. Being a new provider, I really need to see BCBS patients since most of the people here in Gainesville GA have it.
Please any help will be greatly appreciated.
