Glen, I\'ve been getting hung up on, disconnected and then flat out ignorred by every – Glen F Post III email address

Glen,

Ive been getting hung up on, disconnected and then flat out ignorred by every department of your billig team. Then, when I was contacted by your twitter team, even they failed to respond to my inquiry.

I tried to get your service almost a year ago when your account reps and tech team were unable to install your service into my apt. So, I cancelled the service only to receive bills for the same service they couldnt provide for months. It took several calls to get this bill voided and now Im being hounded and sent to collections because your team does not have a record if the faulty equipment that I spent hours tirelessly trying to hook up.

Ive been disconnected, hung up on and flat out ignored by your billing and twitter teams in my search to resolve this. Its quite unfortunate as Ive heard great things about CentutyLink and was excited when I heard it was available in my neighborhood.

This experience does not seem to reflect the face of a company that is fighting for every customer in this digital age. I hope that youre able to take this feedback and make the next customer journey one that is prosperous and fruitful for you and the customer.
