Dear Mr. Post- I am very frustrated with the internet service speed available in Munds – Glen Post email address

Dear Mr. Post- I am very frustrated with the internet service speed available in Munds Park, AZ. I know you will probably never read this email, but if you could PLEASE get someone to help it would be appreciated. For more than 4 years, our speed has been 5mbs or less to the outside of the house. Inside, with your modem, it is between 1.5-4 mbs. Your technicians have been out here numerous times and they just say that it will soon be upgraded. And it has not, at least to our house, as told to me once again today by one of your customer service representatives. This is not fair, as you have a quasi monopoly on the service, and it seems to me you are just ignoring things. I do not want to have to become an activist and start contacting the FCC, the Munds Park and Flagstaff City Councils, but if you will not do something about this (AFTER 4 YEARS +), then I will be compelled to do so. How would you feel if, in the 21st Century, this is what your internet service provider is willing to provide to you? I hope you do not take this as being rude, I just want to be able to have the same amenities and services as most of the rest of the world. I dont need 300mbs, but 20-30-50 would be nice. I am told that this is the best you can do. I am retired from a Wall Street investment bank where I was an executive and Managing Director, so it is not as if I am some type of oddball. Please have someone look into this and respond so I do not have to go through the machinations of contacting everyone I can think of to start a movement on this. I have had this discussion at our local country club with a few people and they are just as frustrated as I am and they want to start a campaign to compel CenturyLink to do something, but unfortunately, that will come with the attendant bad PR baggage and that is not my intent if it does not have to be.
Please let me know what you can do about this situation, it has been WAY too long. FYI, I have written a letter in the past-last year- that went unanswered- so I believe that if you were in my shoes, you would be compelled to do the same thing. Hopefully, you will take notice of this and get it resolved.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
