Kristin sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:
A flight manager told me if I didnt like the way RyanAir worked I wasnt forced to fly with you , when I suggested an announcement should be made to explain why we were, yet again, late taking off.
I fly twice a week with RyanAir, think this was an extremely rude response and should like to complain about her manner.
How can this matter be taken further please?
