Hello Mr. Carmichael, hopefully you can assist me and also look at changing one of the banks outdated policies. My savings account has been made dormant by 5/3 Bank. To me the only way an account should go dormant is if the customer dies. My checking account is very active and the bank still makes interest off my savings account. Now I am being told I have to come into the bank to make a transaction to get my savings account back active. If I have to go to the bank to do this, it will be to close my accounts. I know being just one customer may not matter to you and my 2000 in the savings account may appear measly compared to your 7.5 million, but its called doing the right thing. Please let me know if you can assist and also at looking at that policy as I am sure I am not the only one effected by it. Thank you Michael Jones
