I am writing to ask for your help on what essentially is a minor matter but I have had no relief through normal channels. I was involved in an automobile accident on 5/11/17 with one your insured. Your company offered me a settlement on the car which was totalled. They additionally offered me a settlement above that. When I did not agree with that offer i was treated in the most rude and offensive way by a Claim Representative for your company, Erin OLooney. I have sent her an email, fax and letter detailing why I am requesting a different settlement amount. She has not responded to those communication attempts but instead has left me voicemails and sent a letter regarding the original settlement offer of $250. This situation has caused me extreme mental stress and your employee upon hearing that was rude, dismissive and threatening. I am not asking for an exorbitant amount but just a fair number to cover all of the time, inconveniences and expense I have incurred. Please help me resolve this matter. It is so very important to me and I want to think the best of your company, which up until this point has been very hard to do. I appreciate your time.
