We were told NOTHING changed when Cobra was paid, NOTHING, but Caremark cannot find the ID number. I AM OUT OF MEDICINE!!! STILL!!! Due to incompetence of Anthem.

Anthem and Accredo are totally incompitent. They lie, dont inform customer of anything, fraud(charge peoples credit cards without approvals, dont send medicine, worthless. I got LOTS MORE!!!

I apologize, but per the notes in your account, when we attempted to run the new insurance, we found that your new specialty pharmacy is Caremark. Accredo can no longer service your medication. Your prescription has been faxed to Caremark Specialty Pharmacy. Their number is 800.237.2767.

Ampyra. Prescription number 55562110117. I AGAIN HAVE no MEDICINE. Forth time Anthem and its Companies have taken advantage of me. COBRA HAS BEEN PAID!
I NEED MY MEDICINE NOW!!!

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is nothing but incompetent. I am out of my Ampyra. I talked with Accredo since a week ago Saturday. Wife talked with them this morning. We are using cobra at present, nothing has changed insurance wise, nothing. My wife was told she has to do all these things, which in my opinion are anthems and its companys responsibility. Why do I pay you to do your work? Be nice one time if you people Anthem and its companies would DO their job, no one is competent enough to do a job correctly. They Anthem and its companies pass along to the customer because Anthem and its companies are too lazy, and incompetent.
This is the fourth time you have refused me medicine. Nobody offered me medication to get by until Anthem figures this out. I and my wife are not doing your job.
Cobra has been paid!
I can prove everything Ive stated here. Anthem knows it. Legal advice is being evaluated. Enough is Enough!
