My daughter in law paid her vehicle off last week and asked for a lien release, she was told they can give it to her today. When she called they told her another 10 days. The vehicle is sold and we are going on a family vacation this Saturday, is there anyway she could get this release of at least a letter stating it has been paid on letterhead with the vehicle information on it? I would like them to be able to enjoy the vacation and not worry about the vehicle. Thank You in advance.
