I got dinner from on of you stores on 6/27 (#c191024). I was over charged so i complained to the stores GM. She stated she was going to give me a full refund but refused. I then spoke the the district manager, Daivd Quirarte. Whom was extremely rude and talked to me as if costumes did not matter.along the lines of you get what you get and you cant throw a fit I asked him for someone higher him and then He said no one was higher then him and refused to help me. Right before he hung up on me for a third time his final words were Good luck finding anyone above me . Ive always enjoied KFC/taco bell. My question to you is in his 17 years of managing your store how many customers has her treated like me and how many customers have you lost.
