The air conditioner AQ18TSMNST model I bought in 2013 was serviced by the Authorized Service directed by Samsung Customer Service on July 02, 2011 at the beginning of July.
On 03/07, the crew of the installation started to build the air conditioner and then the condensation and droplets started to form from the air conditioner inner unit and the pipes. We had contact with them and they said they would call again if they continued.
As of yesterday, I complained that the outer comunity made an unbelievable noise in the hall of the outer unit on the wall. When we looked at the apartment clerk, we found that the four outdoor unit rubber valves were not fitted in black. Obviously the track has been increased. In the meantime the water continues to come in drops of 10 days after service,
Although we interviewed the customer service and reported the situation, no one came back (Customer Service person said they could not do anything with the authorized service and they could not do anything) and we can not reach the authorized service (Aymet Air Conditioning, Bayraklı).
Today 3 hours ago Online Chat with support said to expect an immediate return from them, no channel returns.
I started to think that if I had to outsource the installation and maintenance service, it would be worth the trouble. I was very disappointed, especially by the CS and the lack of service attitude. He even said he would hold extra money for Customer Service, as if it was our fault.
