Is customer service dead in Game Stop?

On 07/11/2017 I attempted to order online, and was met with errors. I proceeded to call 1.800.883.8895 to request help. I was met with what seemed to be a nice lady who told me I had to change my browser, great I changed it no problem.

I then asked her if there was any coupons I could receive for the inconvenience of having to call and wait on hold for over 10 minutes. The lady then proceeded to tell again to switch browsers, I then asked again, where I was met with the same you need to switch browsers I again asked and was immediately transferred to the one question survey which of course I pressed 1. I called back and the same lady answered the phone, who after I told her my number she immediately pretended like she could not hear me. Sooo after this experience, I will be collecting my current pre-orders and will most likely never do business with Game Stop again....

You may think, I was asking for the world, however if she would have simply said sir there is no coupons I can give you I would have ended it at that.

Sadly she did not tell me her name, because I would tell you it, as I work with customers every day and if I treated them the way she treated me I would have no JOB.
