I am 67, banked at the Boger City branch since it was NCNB. Customer service there is the pits. 1 very pleasant lady running the drive through and the counter, customers waiting too long,and the Denver location is no better, too many officers making too much $, and the face of the office are the tellers.
The 53 website sucks, no where to complain, and the phone numbers send a person in circles. Apparently, 53 knows of bad issues and just does not want to hear or see it anymore. You and your minions, and corporate heads at others self centered corporations, should take no bonuses, ever, and take a 50% pay cut in order to create jobs. Any dividend will take care of itself.
All the surveys that indicate overstaffing (tellers) can be manipulated by staff that want their merit raise, based on cost saving.
