Dear Sir,
I hope you are the appropriate individual who can rectify a simple problem that could mushroom into a much bigger problem. This issue is with Spectrum Cable. The technician who was in our condominium complex a couple of days ago installed cable services for one of our neighbors. He left a cable wire that snakes from one building to another, across my patio, three back yards, a sidewalk in the common area, two front yards, etc. It is at least 400 feet!! This is a huge safety hazard and puts all of us (mostly seniors) at risk. I, my neighbor, our State Rep., the City Housing Authority have all contacted Spectrum and for the past two days, after speaking with numerous agents, leads in the escalation dept, virtual chats, etc. and promises to come asap to rectify this... no one has arrived. I dont think they sense the urgency to prevent a very serious fall, nor do the folks Ive talked to seem to be appalled by the ridiculous and shoddy way the work was done.
Please help ( that is if you are the right person). Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this.
