Hello you customer service department is lacking. Part of the issue is they are obviously overseas and they do not understand how banking works in the US. I had a issue with a banking payment. I made a payment via my bank and it had a missing digit in the account number. It took three weeks and a lot of arguing to get the issue escalated. It is still not resolved but I will fax a copy of my bank statement showing the bill is paid. Please bring you customer service back to America and hire Americans. Thanks
