I wonder if you can help, I have just spent the last three hours trying to speak or email a human at Paypal.
I have forgotten my password and can not change it as I have moved and have a new credit card and didnt give you an answer to one of your security questions.
You have to log in to change this details or email anyone and phone call queues are 35 minutes which will be very expensive from the Uk . I tried to arrange a call back but you dont recognise my new number and I cant change it as cant log in.
Its very frustrating I have just started to sell on ebay and wanted to use a paypal account for this but will have to cancel my listings as I can not amend my details, It wont let me set up a new account as I have my email address registered to the old one.
Can you please help
