Ms. Jane Fraser:
I need your help to resolve loan modification issue. I a loyal customer of citimortgae for the 14 years. My initial mortgage was with First American Bank and later on it was taken over by Citimortage. In the last 14 years my payments were always on time and never file bankruptcy or refinancing.
I was diagnosed for Parkinson;s disease and I was on Parkinson;s medications for the last few years but in July 2016 my disease was getting to point that i shut down my accounting and bookkeeping office
laid off my employees. My income has down since July 2016. During September 2016 to January 2017. I was bedridden and unable to move or walk without help.
On March 17, 2017 I discuss this matte with Marion Matwota, Support Specialist, for loan modification and provided all documents and it is almost 3 months I have no success and Citibank charged again $1,586.79 for July 2017 now I have big negative balance in account and have no resources recover the payment.
I will appreciate help.
